Wheels and axles are installed by the assembly machine. The wheel base is measured by the rangefinder. The transmission line of the vehicle is adjusted by the electric test machine. The shot peening is applied to all components and greatly improve the adhesion of coating.
• High-quality Axle
High-quality axles produced by professional manufacturers are installed, which can bear heavy load without deformation. In addition, ABS of famous brand can be chosen for installation. Then, the stopping distance can be reduced to prevent sideslip and drifting caused by locked tyres when the vehicle brakes hard. Consequently, the driving security is guaranteed.
• High Fuel Economy
The tare weight of the trailer is about 8T. With the decrease of the weight, the fuel economy is improved.
