• Main Application
Dongfeng water sprinkler truck has the valid capacity 12000L and is made by the Tianjin chassis. Tianjin sprinkler is also called tree sprinkling tanker and frequently used in landscaping, pavement cleaning and city environmental health. The sanitation truck consists of chassis, pumping system, and the tank. There are various functions covering sprinkling, water transport, emergent firefighting in different conditions.
• Water Tank
5mm carbon steel is used for producing the water tank. The tank, cap and scleroseptum has the same thickness 6mm. The bottom of the tank is fixed on the subframe. The water level and volume can be measured by a water meter.

The automatic assembly line is applied in manufacturing the tank, including cutting, automatic welding, spinning forming etc.
• Sprinkling System and Operation
One water pump is equipped for controlling the inlet and outlet of the water. Water spraying devices are also included. The water jet is installed to clean the street, remove dust in the air and cool. The direction and angle of the jet can be adjusted. The sprinkling width is between 14 m and 16m.
The gearbox is driven by the engine. Then, the PTO installed on the gearbox drives the spray pump. Finally, the liquid in the tank is pumped out through the pipeline.
