Description:

The asphalt tank is designed with heating system to help the asphalt material to discharge smoothly. There are different ways of heating system, like burning system or hot wind system.
• Insulation system
The asphalt tank also comes with the insulation system to keep the inside temperature and also keep outside safe for touch. There are different types of insulation material for your choose, like fiber glass, polyurethane, rock wool etc.
• Welding
The welding process is mainly on the tank welding and the beam welding. Normally the chassis is I beam. The top plate-bottom plate and the middle plate will be welding together as an I. This process will be use submerged arc welding process. this type of welding is very
special. Its exclusively used in I beam welding. after this welding process other parts of the trailer will be use different welding way for different steel-argon arc welding-electric arc welding-manual welding-gas welding and so on.
