• Main Application
The fuel tank trailer is suitable for transporting and delivering lightweight fuel, oil, and other types of non-corrosive liquid. Our factory produce different types carbon steel fuel tank trailer, aluminum alloy fuel tank trailer, stainless steel tank trailer and other types of chemical tank trailer. Due to the increasingly obvious advantages of aluminum alloy tanks, carbon steel fuel tanks have gradually been replaced by aluminum alloy tankers in China and abroad.
• Professional Instrument
The aluminum alloy fuel trailer is equipped with a full set of loading and unloading equipment. The fuel tank can be divided into a few independent compartments to transport different oils. The fuel tankers have different shapes with different advantages. The round shape tank has an even impact from the loading liquid. The oval shape tank has the lowest gravity. The square shape tank has big volume. We design the tank in different shape to suit the customer’s specific need.
• Strength and Stability
Multiple anti-wave plates are designed and welded in the tank body to reduce the impact from the wave and improve the strength of the tank. With proper design, the tank gravity is as lower as possible to give a better stability of the tank trailer.
Advantages:
• Lighter Tank Body
At the same volume, aluminum alloy tanks are approximately 40% lighter than carbon steel. It is difficult to roll over with the low center of gravity.
• Anti-corrosion
The outer surface of the aluminum alloy has a dense oxide layer protective film which can delay rusting and maintain the quality of the oil. It is not necessary to spray anti-corrosion coating further.
• Large Capacity
Aluminum alloy products are light in weight, so they can be loaded with more fuel and have a very high economic efficiency.
