• Main Usage
Cement tank semi-trailer is suitable for transporting powder materials whose grain size is less than 0.1mm like fly ash, cement, lime powder, ore powder and soda lime etc. Usually, it is used by cement plant, cement storehouse, large building site. Packing materials and labour force can be saved a lot. The largest payload is nearly 100 tons.
• Intelligent Design
The cement tank semi-trailer is digitally designed with CAD technology. Full automatic longitudinal welding process is applied in the tank. The welded seam is firm and smooth, 20% of welding seam is checked by X-ray machine.
• Optimized Structure
The tank is designed with a straight or Y shape. Usually straight shape is used for rigid cement trucks, and Y shape is used for the cement trailers. Inside the cement tank, there is fluid bed which will help to fluidize the cement powder. The interior and exterior structure is optimized.
